Responsibilities
As the Head Biryani Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Biryani dishes that satisfy our customers’ cravings. Your duties will include:

Preparing all types of Biryani, with special focus on Hyderabadi Biryani.
Managing the kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Ensuring the quality of food meets our restaurant’s standards.
Managing inventory and ordering ingredients when needed.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:

Have proven experience as a Biryani Chef or Head Cook.
Be well-versed in preparing various types of Biryani, especially Hyderabadi Biryani.
Have excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
