We are seeking a Florist with a strong background in event-based floral arrangements. Responsibilities

As our Florist, you will:

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
Provide creative ideas and recommendations for floral displays that match client preferences and event themes.
Ensure that all floral arrangements are made to the highest standard and delivered on time.
Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, and ensure the flowers are fresh and of top quality.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide exceptional customer service.
Set up floral displays at event venues and ensure they are displayed perfectly.
Assist in preparing flowers for large events and help with event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Florist, particularly in event-based floral arrangements.
Creative skills and a strong sense of design.
Experience with a wide variety of flowers and plants, and knowledge of how to care for them.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet event deadlines.
Strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring that clients are happy with the floral designs.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
