Introduction to the Job

Our restaurant is looking for a dedicated Waiter who is enthusiastic and customer-focused. We offer a fast-paced and vibrant work environment where you will interact with guests, ensure their satisfaction, and be part of a growing business. This position is for local hires only and we are looking for individuals who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

As a Waiter, your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area.

Qualifications

Male candidates only, preferred Indians and Bangladesh nationals.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
Local hire only – must be residing in Oman.
