Introduction to the Job

As a Building Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the building. This role requires someone trustworthy who can handle a variety of tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining the building’s environment and supporting the daily operations. Additionally, for those with driving experience, a caretaker-cum-driver position is also available.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all building areas.
  • Perform minor repairs and report any significant maintenance issues.
  • Ensure that all utilities and facilities are functional.
  • Handle daily waste collection and disposal.
  • Provide a safe and pleasant environment for the building’s residents and staff.
  • For the caretaker-cum-driver role, you will also be responsible for driving the residents or staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Nationality: Only Indian applicants are being considered.
  • Minimum qualification: 10th Grade (SSC).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance or caretaking.
  • Good physical health and the ability to handle manual labor.
  • Experience in driving is a plus for the caretaker-cum-driver position.
