Job Responsibilities

As a Grill Maker, your responsibilities will include:

Grilling a variety of dishes such as kebabs, chicken Faham, hamus, mutabbal, and more.
Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection, maintaining consistent taste and quality.
Setting up and maintaining the grill to ensure optimal cooking conditions.
Managing grilling time to ensure food is cooked evenly and served on time.
Adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Grill Maker or similar role in a restaurant setting.
Expertise in preparing Pakistani and Arabic grilled dishes (kebabs, chicken Faham, hamus, mutabbal, etc.).
