They are hiring for multiple positions, including Contract/Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Material/Services Controller, Invoice Controller, and Kuwaitization Coordinator. Responsibilities
- Contract/Project Engineer
- Manage KOC manpower supply contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budget control, and execution.
- Handle correspondence, resolve revenue issues, and manage invoicing.
- Ensure resource availability and anticipate cost impacts.
- Project Coordinator
- Coordinate manpower mobilization and scheduling for KOC projects.
- Manage reliever manpower and contract requirements.
- Oversee manpower management and contract compliance.
- Material/Services Controller
- Supervise maintenance services and material/tools supply for KOC contracts.
- Maximize utilization and ensure availability of tools and materials.
- Maintain high standards for tool management and attendance.
- Invoice Controller
- Manage KOC invoicing, including calculations and reimbursements.
- Work with accounting systems like e-Cas to optimize invoicing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and maximize returns on invoices.
- Kuwaitization Coordinator
- Oversee Kuwaiti national manpower control for KOC projects.
- Manage insurance, PAM, PIFFS, and e-Cas system processes.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti benefits and CMK regulations.
Qualifications
- Contract/Project Engineer: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 15 years of experience. A valid license is required.
- Project Coordinator: Bachelor’s or Diploma with 5 years of experience.
- Material/Services Controller: Engineering or technical background with 5 years of experience.
- Invoice Controller: Degree in Engineering or Accounting with 5 years of experience in invoicing and accounting.
- Kuwaitization Coordinator: Arab National with a Bachelor’s or Diploma, 5 years of experience, and fluent English skills. A valid license is required.
